Returning an item

Should you wish to return an item, for whatever reason, you may do so if you contact us up to 14 days after you receive the goods. You will then have a further 14 days to return the item.

Refunds and replacements

We will then either replace or refund the item in question, depending on your preference. Refunds will be minus our costs of the original delivery.

Packaging your return

If possible, please try to use the original packaging.
