Delivery Information
UK delivery options
We offer the following delivery options for orders within the United Kingdom:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48: free delivery on orders over £40. Orders below £40 are charged £2.50.
- DPD Local: a fully tracked 1–2 day service, available at checkout for £5, with a one-hour delivery time slot.
Order dispatch times
Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, are normally dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time are normally dispatched the following day.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched by Monday at the latest. A signature is required on delivery.
Tracking your delivery
We will email you when your order is confirmed and again when it is dispatched. If you provide a mobile number, you will also receive a dispatch confirmation by text.
Your chosen courier will contact you directly with tracking information. Their messages will explain how to track your parcel and request delivery to an alternative safe place, if you wish.
The DPD Local service provides a one-hour delivery time slot and lets you track your delivery within 15 minutes of arrival.
International delivery
Delivery to Europe
Orders to Europe are sent using the International Tracked service. Delivery costs £9.95, £14.95 or £25, depending on the overall value of the items purchased. Delivery is expected within 7 working days.
Orders are dispatched from the UK and additional customs fees may be required.
Delivery to the rest of the world
Orders to the rest of the world are sent using the International Tracked service. Delivery costs £14.95, £19.95 or £30, depending on the overall value of the items purchased. Delivery is expected within 7 working days.
