Delivery

Orders below £35.00 will be charged £2.50 for the Evri 2-4 days delivery option.

An alternative DPD Local Fully Tracked 1-2 days service with a 1 hour delivery time slot option is also available at checkout, priced at £5.00. 

Royal Mail may also be used as an alternative to Evri during busier periods.

An email will be sent upon confirmation of the order and also when we despatch the order. Should a mobile number be recorded you'll also receive a text confirmation on despatch. The chosen courier will then liase with you direct and you'll be able to track the delivery, and request delivery to an alternative 'safe place' should you wish, via their correspondence. The DPD Local service will provide a 1 hour delivery time slot and allows you to track the delivery within 15 minutes of arrival.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Saturday will normally be despatched the same day, otherwise the following day.

Delivery to Europe will be sent using the International Tracked service and has three price tiers, £9.95, £14.95 or £25.00 and is based on the overall cost of items purchased. Delivery is expected within 7 working days.

The Rest of the World will be sent using the International Tracked service and is priced at £14.95, £19.95 or £30.00 and is based on the overall cost of items purchased. Delivery is expected within 7 working days.
