Reviews are an important measure in helping a customer determine whether they have the confidence in purchasing from a particular website.
We send one follow up email two weeks after purchase via judge.me to request feedback of your experience. We don’t bombard our customers with constant emails. We simply provide the service we would want ourselves in the hope that occasionally this would warrant a review to guide others.
We’ve accumulated a number of website reviews over the years which are contained on that particular products page.
Our reviews have all been verified as being from genuine purchases and we have an average review score of 4.5 out of 5.
We’ve only received one negative website review. A customer who purchased from outside the UK who wasn’t aware the product would be sent from the UK and therefore left a one star rating. We acted upon this feedback and revised our delivery terms to make this more prominent.
